Recently someone gave me (ok, I gave myself) the glorious gift of a set of Sex and the City episodes. I have always adored the show and in my mind considered Carrie a fashion icon. (Who knew a fanny pack and a newspaper boy hat could be so chic!) Samantha and Charlotte have their moments (sorry Miranda) ,but as you can obviously see Carrie is the shining star in the fashion department. And so later I got to thinking, “Why don’t I make Carrie my style inspiration for this weekend?”.
